What is Holy Fire® Reiki


Holy Fire® Reiki is a powerful and gentle new form of Reiki that provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. The word 'Holy' in 'Holy Fire® Reiki' refers to fullness or wholeness and has no religious meaning. It produces much more refined energy and comes from a higher level of consciousness.

Holy Fire® is the source of unity and divine energy which it works continuously even when you do not think about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.

What happens during the reiki session


  • At your first appointment, you will have a short introduction about the process and your expectations or intentions.
  • Let us know about any symptoms you wish to treat or if there are any parts of the body you would like to focus on. Also, let us know if you have any injuries or parts that are sensitive to touch.
  • You will lie on a treatment table without removing your clothes and cover yourself with a blanket. Wear clean, comfortable clothing, remove shoes, jewelry, and glasses before your session, and keep your phone switched off. 
  • Soft and relaxing music will be played in the background. You will receive a short guided meditation to disconnect your brain from the daily routine. 
  • For the most part, it will not be any talking during the session, but you can let me know if there is anything you need to feel more comfortable with.
  • I am going to move my hands around your body and I may touch you lightly or have my hands just above your body.
  • You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colors or pictures, or having memories appear. Try to allow whatever comes to pass without attaching too much meaning to it.
  • After your Reiki session drink plenty of water, some people feel calm, peaceful or full of energy. You may also feel tired.
